MESSAGE FROM OUR  FOUNDER
I started Smatkaria with the purpose of making it  very easy for young professionals, mid-level professionals, and not-yet-graduates to easily acquire the business experience needed to build successful companies; to  help people build exciting professional and business  connections,  gain global exposure, and to achieve their business goals  

Many people around the world, especially youths are daily finding it difficult to get jobs,  build a descent career and business that meets their aspirations, because of increasing inequalities in exposure, skills and opportunities. I wanted to create something that will enable promising young people to get the competence trainings, exposure, mentoring/ community support  they need to turn their ideas into successful Companies.

 

Having had serious career challenges myself, I have noticed that helping people to gain relevant exposure, lending support in the form of mentoring, trainings, resource guides enable individuals to achieve better results. And it ensures that the talents of individuals are optimized for the progress of society.  Providing individuals tools, trainings and mentoring that help them to gain relevant exposure, business awareness, build competence and connections which brings out the best in them as well as make them to attain their aspirations, is at the core of Smatkaria's business.
